My Shop Project

I inherited this piece of property from my Father who inherited from my Grandfather.
This 48'X 32' basement was built by my Grandfather in around 1965. He was going to build a house here but never did.
He sheeted the floor with ply and then covered it in hot mop and mineral paper. I intend to build a house on it. We will see how it develops.
